Alex and I will be back at StudiOm in Oshkosh, WI for our Breath Workshop! During this hour and a half workshop we will cover healthy daily breathing, give a few breath techniques for you to take home, and do a 45 minute active breath session. The three part active breath helps us move energy and emotions through the body, resets the nervous system, and is a powerful way to strengthen the immune system. This practice is set to music and builds from a gentle grounding exercise, through a cue to release a sigh, scream, laugh, cry, wiggle, etc, and then ends in a restorative savasana. This practice can induce beneficial physical, emotional, and even spiritual experiences.
